Sometimes I stumble upon a cartoon I wish very, very badly I had written myself. Yesterday was such a day. I asked Doug Savage, the brilliant mind behind Savage Chickens, and he allowed me to post that cartoon here for you.

Yesterday I asked you for a caption to a cartoon I had no text for yet. Thanks for your entries! I like Elli’s the best and finally decided on a variation of her original wording (you can see that in yesterday’s comments). I hope you like my choice!

Making true on promises (free cartoon on real paper for first three comment-writers) I did in the Andrew post, I will ship (put into an envelope and stick a stamp on) today three real Shtikl cartoons on index cards that go to different parts of the world.
