The Master overheard a man saying: “I’m running out of time!”

The Master said quietly, so only the pupil could hear: “I doubt that he is really running out of time.

I guess he meant that he is running out of life.”

The modern world is too focused on time. We have clocks everywhere and never have enough time.

I read a post a few days back where the author was complaining that her day seemed to be about 40 hours long. Now, wouldn’t that be nice? How often we complain that there aren’t ENOUGH hours in the day!
